GOODS, PRICING, SUITABILITY
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, from time to time errors do occur and Walkers Jewellers Ltd will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. In the event that we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you to advise you of the lead time or offer you a suitable alternative product.

We accept all major debit and credit cards and direct payment transfers.

RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason with your decision to purchase an item Walkers Jewellers Ltd will exchange any unworn items (with the exception of body jewellery within 28 days of receipt of your purchase. The only conditions are that the item purchase is undamaged, unused and its original condition has not been altered in any way and the item is returned to our business address for review and exchange. We are unable to offer refunds.
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time. 

DISCLAIMERS
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of The United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Greater Manchester Crown Court. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded. 
 
We endeavour to keep product information as up to date as possible. However, specifications are liable to change without notice. Product photographs are intended to illustrate the particular model as best they can. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up to date information we can not be held responsible for any errors or omissions on our website.
We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on WalkersofYorksire.co.uk is accurate, sometimes an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If a pricing error is discovered or an order is placed at the erroneous price we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders made by you through Walkers Jewellers Ltd are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to exchange the product  upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customers and customers will be responsible for returning shipment of the product to us. 
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Walkers Jewellers Ltd.
